Replies in the site's support chat are prepared by an AI, and Anthropic provides the AI service. The messages you write in the chat are sent to Anthropic so that a reply can be generated, and they are processed outside Turkey, including in the United States. This is a transfer of personal data abroad.
This transfer needs your explicit consent. The countries involved may not offer protection equal to Turkey's. Using the chat is optional. If you do not want to give consent, do not use the chat and reach us by support ticket, email or phone instead. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawing does not affect what was done before.
Do not write passwords, card numbers or ID numbers in the chat.
